There are so many things to learn about when you are having a baby before he or she actually arrives! Our prenatal classes and workshops are offered to enhance your pregnancy, birthing, and breastfeeding experiences.
-Prenatal Yoga & Fitness classes - offered on weekday evenings every week
-Supported Birth 4-Week Series - offered about every month on Tuesday evenings 7-10pm
-Prepared Childbirth One-Day Intensive - offered about once a month on a Sunday 9am-4pm
-Breastfeeding 101 Workshop - offered about once a month on a Saturday 2-5pm
-Caring for your Newborn Workshop - offered about once a month on a Saturday 2-5pm
-Infant CPR & First Aid Workshop - offered about twice a month on a Saturday 2-5pm, a Sunday 11am-2pm, or a Tuesday 6:30-9:30pm
To enhance your experience and learning, our staff are experts in their fields, and our class sizes are limited to provide personalized attention in an intimate setting of support and trust.
We recommend that you register for your classes by the 20th week of your pregnancy, as our classes tend to fill quickly, and that you complete them all at least a month before your due date. Prenatal Yoga classes can be taken all through your pregnancy, with doctor's permission.
