Return & Exchange Policy
Class & Workshop PolicyIf you need to change your class registration, let us know as soon as possible! Most of the time, we're able to easily move you into another class (at no extra charge!) If you need to fully drop the class, full refunds are issued if you drop a month before the class start date. If you cancel within 30 days of the class, there is a $25 admin fee (or 25% of the class cost, whichever is less). Withdrawals/refunds are not available once the class has started. In the event of medical or emergency issues, store/class credit may be issued on a case-by-case basis. (Of course, full refunds are given if the class is canceled by A Mother's Haven.)
Product ExchangesWe will gladly exchange an item as long as it has not been used, worn, washed, or altered, and has the original tags attached and in its original packaging and condition. If you need a different size or color of the item you purchased, please call or email us with your request along with your original order number. When we receive your request, we will charge your card for the new item as soon as it ships out and we will issue a refund for the item you are returning as soon as we receive it. Please remember, since we are a specialty boutique, some of our items are one of a kind or specialty seasonal and not reorderable, we cannot guarantee that the item size or color you want will be available. Product ReturnsWe pride all our products, and want you to be thrilled with your purchase from A Mother's Haven. However, if you aren't completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return non-sale items up to 14 days from the shipping date for a refund with original receipt (less shipping costs). Returned merchandise received within 14 days from the ship date of your order, that has not been used, worn, washed or altered, and has the original tags attached, is in its original packaging & condition and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, will be refunded to your credit card for the full amount paid, excluding shipping costs, and minus a restocking fee ($2.50 or 5% of your purchase, whichever is greater). (We will waive the restocking fee if you choose to return for store credit!) If your Return Merchandise is received by us more than 14 days from original shipping date you will receive an A Mother's Haven store/webstore credit - which never expires. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after shipping will be credited at the lowest sale price.
As much as we want to ensure your satisfaction, A Mother's Haven is not responsible for damages that might occur during normal care of any item, such as dry cleaning or washing. A Mother's Haven is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 14-day return policy. If an item doesn't fit, make sure to return or exchange it according to our return policy. Please be sure to read our sizing charts before making your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of any item that appears to have been used, worn, or washed prior to return.

Final Sales ItemsWe're sorry, but for hygienic reasons, we can't accept returns on: undergarments, skin care, personal use products such as baby bottles, breastpumps, breastpump parts or accessories, breastpads, and bathing suits.
Also, all sale, customized, special order, furniture, and drop-shipped purchases are FINAL SALES (no returns).
Out-of-Stock Items:We try our best to keep the website up-to-date - however, sometimes certain items sell out before we are able to update the site. In the event of that happening, we will contact you by phone or email to let you know that the item is out of stock and when we are expecting a new shipment. Keep in mind, that as we are a small boutique and carry many unique items and clothing that is cut to order, we might not always be able to re-order an out of stock item. In that case, we will issue you a refund immediately.
