About Class

Come do Prenatal Strength Class at A Mother’s Haven. This is a full body cardio-strength workout developed for women that are working out while pregnant. Low impact, high intensity exercises for full body toning and strengthening. Light (1-3 lb), medium (5 lb) and heavy (8-10 lb) weights are encouraged.

This 1 hour class is held every Wednesday morning virtually.
