Come do Pre/Postnatal Strength Class at A Mother’s Haven. This 50 minutes class is designed specifically for women who are working out while pregnant or postpartum. This is a total body, cardio, and strength-based workout developed for women to support the physical demands of motherhood while also helping you feel connected and empowered to your body. The class is low impact and high intensity for full-body toning and strengthening. The class also focuses on core and glute activation through corrective exercise.
Classes will be held at A Mother’s Haven.
