What are Mommy and Me classes?
Mommy and Me classes at A Mother’s Haven are weekly sessions (typically 8-10 weeks long in duration) that encourage bonding, learning, and fun between you and your baby. Skilled instructors lead these courses with an engaging curriculum that includes educational topics, open discussion, Q&A time, and playtime for your baby.
Can dads or other caregivers join these classes?
Absolutely! A Mother’s Haven offers dedicated Daddy and Me classes for fathers who want to bond and grow alongside their little ones. Grandparents or trusted caregivers are also welcome to join select sessions; just message us for details. Our community welcomes all families and the love and support they bring to their families.
How old does my baby need to be to join these classes?
Most of our Mommy and Me (as well as Daddy and Me) classes are designed for babies from birth to 12 months old. Many parents join during the early postpartum weeks and continue through each developmental stage, including tummy time, rolling, sitting, crawling, and standing, with a supportive group that grows alongside them.
How long is each Mommy and Me class?
Every Mommy and Me class at A Mother’s Haven is 90 minutes long. You'll have plenty of relaxing time to bond, learn, ask questions, and simply cherish every moment with your little one. It’s a relaxed pace meant to cherish your baby’s growth and honor your own personal journey as a mother.
How do I register for a Mommy and Me class?

Do these classes help with my baby’s development?
Yes! A Mother’s Haven classes are designed to support all areas of your baby’s development. Each activity is guided by experts to promote your child’s emotional, cognitive, and physical milestones in a way that’s fun, supportive, and easy to practice at home.
Do you offer “drop in” or “trial” classes?
Due to the nature of bonding in a consistent group setting, we do not allow drop-in or trial classes. If you are unable to commit to an entire session, however, we do offer the option to register for less than an entire session. Class registration options are available on each individual class page.
Are visitors allowed in class?
We do not allow anyone in class who is not registered (i.e., parent and child). However, if you would like to bring a visitor with you, prior approval from the instructor is required. Please contact us for more information.
