    Heather Spadaccini

Heather Spadaccini is a Certified Parent Coach, a women’s circle facilitator, a former teacher and a mom of two children, ages 9 and 15. She has a Master’s degree in elementary education and years of experience supporting families. Heather cares deeply about creating a safe, supportive space for new mothers to share the full range of thoughts, emotions and experiences that accompany this enormous life transition. She understands the importance of both educational resources and supportive peer community for new mothers, having made some of her dearest friends in mommy-and-me classes. Heather’s coaching weaves together evidence-based practices grounded in attachment science and nervous system regulation with reverence for the inherent wisdom each mother brings to her parenting journey. She approaches parents with compassion, curiosity, and respect, guiding mothers to recognize and trust the strengths, instincts and values that already live within them.
