Lauren Ryan is a childbirth educator, labor/postpartum doula and an infant care specialist. She is certified as a Supported Birth childbirth educator (CSBE) and a Supported Birth doula (CSBD). She spends most of her time working hands-on with newborns and their families through her postpartum doula work and is also the author of "Newborn 101." Lauren loves teaching at A Mother’s Haven because she gets to meet all different types of parents-to-be and knows how important it is for them to enter parenthood feeling relaxed and confident.
