Sarah Boorstin, LMFT, NCC has over 17 years of experience working with children and families. She is also a Gottman Institute Certified Bringing Baby Home Educator. Sarah has been a mommy-and-me instructor for the past 6 years, during which time she has joyfully worked with hundreds of new parents as they began their parenting journeys. Sarah made some of her best friends while participating in her own mommy-and-me group when her child was an infant and loves creating a warm, nurturing, supportive community. She knows the importance of having shared experiences with other parents and access to quality information so each participant can best navigate this exciting new life chapter. Sarah strives to create diverse multicultural spaces and welcomes LGBTQI families.
