Come do Baby & Me Yoga six weeks after birth (or with doctor's approval) and bring your baby! We will move through traditional yoga postures to tone a mother's body after delivery and begin to feel your core strength coming back. Baby & Me Yoga incorporates breath-work and body awareness while engaging the babies throughout the class and finish with singing children's songs. Come to celebrate your new child and share this special time bonding with your baby and other new moms. Dads, relatives, caretakers, and friends are welcome, too.
This 1 hour and 15 min. class is held every Thursday morning. If you would like to bring your own yoga mat, feel free. Otherwise, we do have mats available for you to use, we just asked that they are wiped down after each use. We also provide all of the yoga props such as blankets, bolsters, straps, etc. to make a variety of postures possible and comfortable for everyone.

Why Yoga is the Ultimate Bonding Activity
In our Baby and Me Yoga experience, you’ll share stretches, songs, and snuggles, all designed to deepen your connection. These classes aren’t about perfect poses; they’re about showing up as you are and building confidence together.
From supporting pre-crawling babies in tummy time to encouraging co-regulation, each pose supports your baby’s development while giving you a gentle workout. You’ll learn practical moves you can continue at home as part of your regular baby yoga practice.
It’s one of the most rewarding parts of postnatal yoga. Mommy and Me yoga classes offer movement, closeness, and moments that strengthen the bond between you and your baby. There’s no need to be anything but present as a mommy. Baby yoga offers space to breathe, stretch, and enjoy each moment together.
Our classes also complement what you’re learning in infant Mommy and Me classes.
